 I had my poster printed for my thesis. I was given very friendly and competent advice. Everything was done quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zwei Mal Poster A0 gedruckt in hochglanz+randlos, immer in max 2 h fertig, einmal gab es Probleme mit meinem PDF (mein Fehler), wurde mit sehr geduldigem Service und Hilfe erledigt. Relativ günstig.
Two posters A0 printed in glossy + borderless, always finished in max. 2 hours, once there were problems with my PDF (my mistake), was done with very patient service and help. Relatively cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Zwar guter, qualitativer Druck aber Kundenservice lässt zu wünschen übrig. Durch ein Missverständnis wurde ein Plakat gedruckt ohne mein Akkord, welches ich dann im Nachhinein bezahlen sollte und die Herrn wurden sehr aufdringlich am Telefon. Da ich mich geweigert habe für den Fehler ihrerseits geradezustehen bin ich nun "gesperrt" und kann nichts mehr bei ihnen in Auftrag geben. Von Professionalität kann man da nicht reden sondern eher Abzocke und Einschüchterung der Studenten.
Unfortunately bad experience. Good, quality printing but customer service leaves something to be desired. Due to a misunderstanding, a poster was printed without my chord, which I should then pay afterwards and the gentlemen became very pushy on the phone. Since I refused to stand up for the mistake on your part, I am now "blocked" and can no longer order anything from you. One cannot speak of professionalism there, but rather rip-off and intimidation of the students.
