Sie hat gar nichts erklart nur datum und preis gesagt, sie hat gar nichts Details gefragt und gesagt als Unterkunft, Verpflegung, Transfer, wie alles lauft, Danke so buche ich nie... The woman was unfortunately not helpful, she left me the catalog on the table and said I should pick the same when and what I want to do, although I have exactly what I want and where. She did not explain anything just date and price, she did not ask for details and said anything as accommodation, food, transfer, how everything runs, thank you so I never book ...

Aber es ist wohl am einfachsten, Kunden einfach im Kreis zu schicken, nachdem sie schon bezahlt haben ... TUI am Westbahnhof hat bis 21 Uhr offen und auch Samstag bis 18.00 Uhr. War super zu vereinbaren mit meinen Arbeitszeiten. DANKE Very good advice, the TUI employee has taken a lot of time. Journey was as booked, very nice. Have been able to recover properly. TUI at Westbahnhof is open until 9pm and also Saturday until 6pm. Was great to agree with my working hours. THANK YOU

Ich kann ihn für sein Engagement und seine Bereitschaft auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen, weitere Lösungen und Alternativen zu finden, besonders positiv hervorheben! Als Kunde fühlt man sich sehr gut aufgehoben und beraten und er bemüht sich sehr um Kundenzufriedenheit. Auch ein sehr netter Kontakt vor Ort! 5* und gerne wieder!
