plus you can unlike from other pizza places not choose to have the topping of choice.
you can choose the basic pizza and then add ons. The pizza is also not really big and not much topping on it

The staffs are fine and I understand they are also tired when there are more than normal customers
In total a good place but could be improved ?

We went yesterday at 8 there and the food was very tasty, but my friend ended up with severe food poisoning. At 5 am he started vomiting and now we are at hospital. :( nice tasty bad quality:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 40 mins for probably the worst calzone I have ever had.
The whole idea of going to vapiano is going somewhere convenient where you can self serve easier and quicker, etc...
But then when you end up with a 40 min wait, and get something that is far below average, then it becomes not even worth it

Pricey for what you get. Quality seems decent but definitely not the greatest.
On the plus side:
Its quick and has a huge menu.
But the drink: Pomegranate Red Teas is disappointingly gross.
It tasted like Elmex- Toothpaste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My gnocchi was deliscious but the rest of the party didn't love the food and ended up leaving a full plate. Great view of the street below and cosy atmosphere. You get a card when you enter and use that to place your order at the serving area. You pay as you go out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered pasta and a salad, and both were excessively salty to the point of being almost inedible, and also extremely oily. My daughter was happy with her Fettuccini with prawns and veggies. The prices are very reasonable, but it's self service. You order, the food is prepared fresh while you wait, and you take it to your table on a tray. The system is kind of hybrid with table service because everything will be promptly cleared from your table. Apparently the ice tea with fruit flavours is very good if you dilute it with water. Otherwise, too sweet for the European taste.
