Nos sirve una cocacola caliente y le decimos que no la queremos y nos dice que ya lo ha puesto en el sistema y que la tenemos que pagar, como si no se pudiese cancelar. Hay gente que no debería trabajar cara al público, si yo fuese su jefe, vigilaría la educación dem personal que contrato. Mala cara, mala educación, pésima atención. The waiter, rude, incompetent. He serves us a hot Coke and we tell him that we don't want it and he tells us that he has already put it in the system and that we have to pay for it, as if it couldn't be canceled. There are people who should not work in front of the public, if I were their boss, I would monitor the education of the personnel I hire. Bad face, rude, terrible attention.
K	Katarina Lu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also einen mini Kaffeebecher (zum mitnehmen!!!) als medium zu deklarieren und dann noch einen ordentlichen Preis draufzuschlagen, finde ich als ganz dreißte Kundenausbeute. Ah ja klein wäre espresso größe, wie sieht dann wohl ein kleiner Cafe Latte aus?!? Zumindest war das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich! Trotzdem nie wieder! So to declare a mini coffee mug (to take away !!!) as medium and then to add a decent price, I find the very thirtieth customer yield. Ah yes small would be espresso size, what does a small Cafe Latte look like?!? At least the staff was really very friendly! Still never again!
T	Tiba Succubus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich hätte ich 4+ Sterne gegeben, aber nach dem ich die vielen fiesen Bewertungen lesen musst, gabs von mir 5. War am Dienstag das erste Mal seit langem wieder bei Heberer am Westbhf. Pizzaschnitte ist spitze (wird ohne große Diskussion heiß gemacht - voll lecker)! Dunkles Weckerl mit Camembert und die Käsebrezerl sind auch sehr gut. Auch die Verkäufer sind sehr freundlich - da gibts echt nix zu jammern! Ich komm jetzt wieder öfter :) Actually I would have given 4+ stars, but after I had to read the many nasty reviews, I gave it 5. On Tuesday was the first time in a long time at Heberer am Westbhf. Pizza slices are great (made hot without much discussion - delicious)! The dark rolls with camembert and the cheese pretzels are also very good. The sellers are also very friendly - there's really nothing to complain about! I come back more often now :)

Hier arbeiten nicht nur Verkäufer hinter der Theke, sondern das sind auch zum großen Teil Bäckerinnen und Bäcker, die wissen wovon sie reden und was sie tun. Tja, einige hier bemängeln das Service - also ich persönlich konnte mich nie beschweren, aber ich war auch immer höflich und vielleicht kommt das auch so zurück. Die Qualität und Vielfalt der angebotenen Produkte ist immer frisch und ausgezeichnet. Danke, ihr bietet einen guten Gegenpol zu den anderen Filialbetrieben und Konkurrenz ist gut für den Kunden. For me, one of the best bakeries in all of Vienna. Not only do salespeople work behind the counter here, but most of them are also bakers who know what they are talking about and what they are doing. Well, some here complain about the service - so personally I could never complain, but I was always polite and maybe it will come back that way. The quality and variety of the products on offer is always fresh and excellent. Thank you, you offer a good counterpoint to the other branches and competition is good for the customer.

Die 2 Mitarbeiter gesellen sich zu den Damen und die Party beginnt von sehr lautem Lachen und schäckern. Es steht niemand im Verkauf. Wenn Kundschaft kommt geht schnell einer der Herren und bedient, danach geht die laute lachende Party wieder weiter. - Für die Kundschaft, die dort verweilt - sehr unangenehm, ich suche mir lieber ein anderes Kaffee, wo die Kundschaft noch etwas zählt. P.S.: Wenn die Damen da sind, wird NUR in der Landessprache gesprochen. Sie Verweilen jedesmal bis zu 20 Min. bzw 30 Min. - deshalb nur 1 Stern. 2 male employees of the bakery Heberer (dark-haired, slim) who let young female women come again and again. The 2 staff members join the ladies and the party starts with a very loud laugh and a jerk. Nobody is on sale. When customers come quickly one of the gentlemen and serves, then the loud laughing party goes on again. - For the clientele that lingers there - very unpleasant, I prefer to find another coffee, where the clientele still counts. P.S .: If the ladies are there, ONLY spoken in the national language. They linger each time up to 20 minutes or 30 minutes - therefore only 1 star.
A	Adis Okicic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selten so schlechten Café getrunken. Als hätte ich den Inhalt des Abtropfbeckens einer Cafémaschine getrunken. McDonald's (nicht McCafé) hat besseren Café. Hätte ich die 2.5 lieber gespendet als sie weg zu schütten. Seldom drunk such a bad café. As if I had drunk the contents of a coffee machine's drip tray. McDonald's (not McCafé) has better café. I would have donated the 2.5 rather than throwing it away.

A parte il personale maleducato come pochi, ma questo é abbastanza normale a Vienna, il pane e il croissant che mi hanno venduto erano duri come sassi. Ho richiesto un rimborso, ma mi é stato detto che la merce era già stata venduta e non si può rimborsare. 2 Stelle invece che 1, perché mi servivano salviette per andare al bagno della stazione e le loro erano soffici. The experience in this bakery leaves a lot to be desired. Apart from the rude staff like few, but this is quite normal in Vienna, the bread and croissants they sold to me were as hard as stones. I requested a refund, but was told that the goods had already been sold and cannot be refunded. 2 Stars instead of 1, because I needed wipes to go to the station bathroom and theirs were soft.
