★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not knowing the price of their products, selling and tricking people into buying extra espresso shots into their coffee products and not telling them the extra costs. 4th times in a row they weren't able after my direct question how much is it to say the price of the product... so sad, how they sunk. The quality of their coffee sunk. If someone is selling cappuccino in Vienna, one of the capitals of the coffee culture in the world, it's very sad asking if you don't want to add an espresso shot. If you buy cold drinks, then in your product you will find more ice and water than tea or coffee. The Price is too much overestimated, it's just buying a brand-mark Starbucks. All the old good personal staff was changed or probably left and there is no reason for visiting this location in Vienna again. In Vienna, you can find much better than this. Their Staff thinks more about money than about guests because they don't even remember stable customers and every day are more and more arrogant as I observed it after some time. Their only plus is a well-designed store area with good tables and Wi-Fi for your work, otherwise, as good as I was satisfied a few years ago with this store, since corona-times they have been changed a lot for the worse.
