★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe bereits dreimal dort ein Handy zur Reparatur vorbeigebracht und bin immer sehr zufrieden. Das handy war binnen einem Tag fertig und auch als es software Probleme gab, wurde das schnell gerichtet.
Have already brought a cell phone over there for repairs three times and I am always very satisfied. The cell phone was ready within a day and even when there were software problems, it was quickly resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE CAREFUL. FOOLING CUSTOMERS. It was Sunday 2nd of January. "Dead" time in Vienna, as we understood later. Everything was closed around and I guess the guy at the counter of the shop desided to use situation in his favour. Sold me SIM which is 10 EUR cost for 35 EUR, asked for cash only and didn't give me a recipe. Strongly don't recommend.
