Incredibly long waiting time and then when you wanna pass time and get yourself something to eat because you’ve been waiting there for one hour, they don’t let you back in even when you got the ticket one hour ago. Very unfriendly staff. Do not recommend their services to anyone!

They are very slow, they don't tell you everything (ie They never mentioned that you can activate a card or do the identification online, they prompted me to revisit the store). Also the ticket machine stops giving tickets and it never tells you when it stops doing so, so that you know the next time you visit.

Very friendly and competent workers, I got very detailed explanations regarding the Internet and the workers had no problem answering all my questions patiently, have been here 3 times so far, will definitely come back for a cell phone contract :)

On the positive side, they all speak English and are very nice. But... they gave me a cable modem and claimed that my connection would work a few hours later. It didn't and still didn't work two weeks later. Their modem was saying "requesting CM IP address". When I asked the seller in the shop to fix the problem, he was unable to do it. You have to call a hotline. This business model is a waste of time and energy for the client : after 45 minutes on the phone (including 29 min of waiting time) I have been told that my case has been moved into their priority queue so the router would be activated "tomorrow". I already heard that a week before... 17 days after the initial purchase, it finally worked, and very well. To summarize, the store sells you something which doesn't work and doesn't provide itself any after sale service : be prepared for struggling.

This company is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! Since the companies merge (T-Mobile & UPC -> “Magenta”) - the service doesn’t work nor does it seem like ANY of their employees have ANY idea of what their doing. Their customer service is the WORST I have ever seen,WAY below basic! Unfortunately I’ve Been with them for over 25+ years (as my provider) for 3 locations, paying the highest package - for something that doesn’t even WORK! I’m definitely going to have to find an alternative provider! I strongly do NOT recommend ANYONE to use MAGENTA as their provider - I don’t think there possibly could be anything worse!

Two of the employees were very helpful about Magenta charging me extra money, but the third one with curly hair was super rude and basically scolded at me in the middle of the store. This was super unnecessary and really ruined my day. He was very friendly to everyone else so I’m not exactly sure what his problem was with me. The other two customer service employees were great and polite and took the time to explain to me the reason I was charged and what my options were.
