★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall great services, very friendly and professional staff! My iphone SE had multiple chip failures that are very difficult to repair but the iFix.at team were brilliant and managed to save my phone within 1,5 days (as opposed to another provider who were very off-putting and said would need 5 to 10 working days, if repair was at all possible). Also they are cheaper than other providers and reliable - overall a very pleasant experience in an unpleasant situation. I can wholeheartedly and confidently recommend iFix.at and would not go anywhere else in Vienna with a mac problem in the future (hope there will be none but nevertheless).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the reviews, it seems like a good store to fix your broken screen, but don’t go here for anything else than that.
Brought my phone in with a broken simcard scanner. They said it would cost around €40 and a few days to repair. After a week I called them, because I haden’t heard from them yet, they picked up to tell me that the repair would be more than €40 (around €100 this time) and if that would be okay with me. I thought it was weird I had to call them to hear that, but I agreed to it.
Another week later I called them again, this time they told me it would be done on thursday. Thursday I called again and they told me they had ordered something and they had no idea how long it would take.
So I called ANOTHER week later (they haden’t even called me once) and they told me it was done. They always said they would call ME, but never did.
When I came to pick my phone up, it was not repaired. The same problem still happened, and I lost my phone for 2 weeks.
Terrible service and they cant repair anything besides a broken screen.
Would not reccomend.
