We tried to buy one at the airport but the prices were ridiculous like 40 euros for 100MB. We stopped in at this store when we were sightseeing and the clerk really helped us out. He sold us a pre-paid SIM card that worked all over Europe ( we went to France, Italy, UK, Norway and Iceland). The reception was great (LTE) and we paid 30 euros for 8 GB. My fiance was able to use the data through my mobile hotspot on my phone and we barely used 1GB in 10 days of travel. The gentleman at this store really made our European holidays so much easier. Thank you.
R	R Jin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popping chewing gum the whole time. The most unprofessional customer service experience ever. Deadpan customer service girl. Not deadpan in a good way. In a way of dead soul inside. Playing with her phone while I'm waiting for her to get things done. Through store was empty as construction outside. so no wait which is good.

N	Neil Jedermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good at selling contracts but incompetent and unfriendly when it comes to providing solutions or service once you are customer. Their business model is making money at the cost of the client. As an example is their policy to convince customers to spend more even if they don't need it or when they cannot even deliver the promised speed, yet good luck if you want to downgrade to a cheaper contact, that's when they start blocking and delaying you.
S	Saikiran Tharimena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People working at the store were quite good and helpful. However, the 3 stars reflect the rating for Drei (Three) itself. Too much bureaucratic nonsense. It probably doesn't reflect Drei alone but the generally bad mobile industry in Austria.
