Außerdem überzeugen sie durch ihre Auswahl an Handyhüllen, Ladekabel, Powerbanks und Gadgets die man für all seine elektronischen Geräte benötigt. Für mich das beste Phone Experts Geschäft in Wien und Umgebung.
 The staff are incredibly nice and really helpful. All of them are masters of their field and can answer all questions that arise. They also impress with their selection of cell phone cases, charging cables, power banks and gadgets that you need for all your electronic devices. For me the best phone experts business in Vienna and the surrounding area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Mitarbeiter war sehr, sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit und hat sich meines Problem's gleich angenommen und Zeit investiert (Handy konnte bei mir zu Hause nicht mehr geladen werden). Im Shop hat es sofort funktioniert und offensichtlich lag es an meinen Ladegeräten zu Hause. Eine kleine Investition in ein neues Ladekabel und mein Tag war gerettet. Mit dem Techniker wurde auch nocht zur Vorsicht Rücksprache gehalten, dieser war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke lieber Mitarbeiter vom Phone Experts Auhofcenter - Sie sind mein Held. ;)
The employee was very, very friendly, polite and helpful and immediately took care of my problem and invested time (cell phone could no longer be charged at home). It worked immediately in the shop and it was obviously due to my chargers at home. A small investment in a new charging cable and my day was saved. The technician was also consulted as a precaution, he was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you dear employee of the Phone Experts Auhofcenter - you are my hero. ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr professionell. Schnelle handyglas Reparatur. Die erste Reparatur ist schon 2 jahre her und das display immer noch top, obwohl es schon mehrfach runtergefallen ist. Habe hier mittlerweile schon 3 handys reparieren lassen und empfehle sie zu 100%.
Very professional. Fast cell phone glass repair. The first repair was 2 years ago and the display is still great, although it has fallen down several times. I have already had 3 cell phones repaired here and I recommend them 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soeben mein Macbook Pro vom Akku-Tausch geholt. Im Zuge dessen wurde das Gerät innen auch komplett gereinigt und entstaubt. Preis/Leistung TOP. Wahnsinnig motiviertes, kompetentes und freundliches Team. War schon mal mit einem iPhone dort, das von einem anderen Reparaturshop verpfuscht wurde - bei Phone Experts wurde zumindest Schadensbegrenzung betrieben und die rausstehenden Schrauben (wär mir gar nicht aufgefallen) wieder ordnungsgemäß verschraubt - kostenlos & ohne Folgegeschäft für sie.
Ich hab echt schon miese Erfahrungen gemacht mit Reparaturshops - aber für den hier kann ich meine 100%ige Empfehlung aussprechen.

Just got my Macbook Pro from the battery exchange. In the course of this, the inside of the device was also completely cleaned and dusted. Price / performance top. Insanely motivated, competent and friendly team. Has already been there with an iPhone that was botched by another repair shop - at Phone Experts at least damage limitation was operated and the protruding screws (I would not have noticed at all) screwed again properly - free of charge & without any follow-up business for them.
I've had really bad experiences with repair shops - but I can give my 100% recommendation for this one.
(written by my Macbook Pro, which is no longer bloated like a hot air balloon :-)).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Handydisplay war zersprungen. Bei einem großen Elektronikmarkt, welcher für schnelle und umgehende Displayreparatur warb, wollte ich dieses austauschen lassen. Nachdem in einer Filiale es nicht vorrätig war, wurde mir in der anderen Filiale mitgeteilt, dass es eingesendet werden müsste und das dauere zwei, drei Wochen ("umgehende Reparatur?"). Ich ging dann eine Etage tiefer zu Phone Experts, die Reparatur war um € 5,- teurer als beim Elektronikmarkt, das Display war lagernd und nach 90 min erstrahlte mein Mobiltelefon wieder in neuem Glanz. Top!!!!! Kann den Service nur jedem weiterempfehlen!!
My cell phone screen was cracked. I wanted to have this replaced at a large electronics store that advertised fast and immediate display repairs. After it was not in stock in one branch, I was informed in the other branch that it had to be sent in and that it would take two or three weeks ("immediate repair?"). I then went one floor down to Phone Experts, the repair was € 5 more expensive than the electronics store, the display was in stock and after 90 minutes my mobile phone shone in new splendor. Top!!!!! Can only recommend the service to everyone!
