Dann hieß es das Produkt kostet 10 Euro mehr als auf dem Preisschild stand darauf hin wurde ich angewiesen von der Kasse und musste weiter 10 Minuten warten auf einen anderen Mitarbeiter der eine neue Rechnung schrieb dann ging es ein Aufwand von fast einer Stunde wegen einem Produkt.
Also ich rate auf jedenfalls online auf Amazon zu bestellen

Ich habe 8 Wochen warten müssen auf meine aportuhr da sie ein softwäre Fehler hatte
8 Wochen und dann bekam ich doch eine neue Frechheit
Daher ist ein Stern gerechtfertigt

 Eternal waiting for staff (wanted to buy a MIDI keyboard and had to wait 25 minutes for advice)
Then it said the product costs 10 euros more than the price tag said, I was instructed by the cash register and had to wait another 10 minutes for another employee who wrote a new invoice, then it was almost an hour because of a product.
So I recommend ordering online on Amazon anyway

8 weeks and then I got a new cheek
So one star is justified

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wahnsinnig freundliches Service und sehr entgegenkommend. Musste ein kaputtes Lenkrad umtauschen das mittlerweile 35€ teurer ist. War in anderen Filialen leider ein großes Problem. Im Auhof Center waren die Bemühungen sehr groß und auch beim Preis wurde ohne Diskussionenn der Ursprungspreis gewährt. TOP TOP TOP!!!
Insanely friendly service and very accommodating. Had to exchange a broken steering wheel, which is now €35 more expensive. Was unfortunately a big problem in other branches. In the Auhof Center, great efforts were made and the original price was also granted without any discussion. TOP TOP TOP!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to buy something at Saturn but required assistance. After walking around the shop for 10 minutes I could not spot a single sales assistant. I went to the check out to inquire about assistance. I was told that they only have 2 sales assistance (in a big shop, with at least 40 potential customers), and they might just be in an office or in the bathroom. I am very surprised that on a Tuesday afternoon a large shop like that is completely understaffed. I will go to Media markt next time - better service, more staff, more help. Happy customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guard was incredibly rude and was telling me to get out while I was returning a broken product. He told me to get out and that I will not be served here. Staff should be trained not to scream at costumers under any circumstances. After I manage to get my refund I’m never shopping here again.
