★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei der Vertragsverlängerung wurde ich von einer Mitarbeiterin nicht über ein Abo im Vertrag informiert. Natürlich war ich über die fehlende Information sehr verärgert, da mir jetzt für 2 Monate das Abo abgebucht wird. Ein kompetenter Mitarbeiter hat sich dann um mein Anliegen gekümmert und das Abo gekündigt daher die Bewertung von nur 3 Sternen.
When the contract was extended, an employee did not inform me about a subscription in the contract. Of course, I was very upset about the missing information, since my subscription will now be debited for 2 months. A competent employee then took care of my request and canceled the subscription, hence the rating of only 3 stars.
