★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted a refund for Bluetooth headphones who lose connection on a small move. The stuff who are working on service department ment, i can't get my refund now because they are 10euros more expensive so they need to send them to manufacturer (Sony) and only if Sony allows it i can get my refund. And this can take up to 3 weeks. So i asked why do they provide warranty if they can't keep it, the stuff told me i don't have any warranty by them only by manufacturer. Btw on recipe is printed they provide warranty. Stuff was unhelpful and refused to offer any solution to my problem change your incompetent stuff!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cash register personnel is rude, unhelpful and discriminating. We wanted to buy a TV by installments but we were told it's impossible to pay that way if we can't speak German. Which was never mentioned when we previously asked about requirements. Now we are going to another shop. Either educate your staff or make clear information about requirements for payment.
