★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss leider sagen ich habe mit dieser Putzerei keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Unhöfliche Angestellte die sich leider nicht zu viel um Kundenzufriedenheit kümmern. Jeder kann einmal einen schlechten Tag haben und es ist auch verständlich dass einmal etwas passieren kann oder es zu unvorhersehbaren Problemen kommt, aber dann würde ich mir wenigstens ein bisschen Einsicht der Mitarbeiter bzw. nur eine kleine Entschuldigung erwarten. Stattessen wurde ich leider überaus unhöflich behandelt trotz Fehler auf deren Seite. Für mich war es somit auch das letzte mal, dass ich Kunde bei dieser Filiale war.
Unfortunately, I have to say I haven't had any good experiences with this cleaning shop. Rude employees who unfortunately don't care too much about customer satisfaction. Everyone can have a bad day and it is understandable that something can happen or there are unforeseeable problems, but then I would expect at least a little insight from the employees or just a little apology. Instead, I was treated extremely rude despite errors on their part. For me it was the last time that I was a customer at this branch.
