Obwohl ich 5 min vor Ladenschluss in den Shop krachte und der Verkäufer wusste dass ich niemals Stammkunde werden würde, wurde ich betreut als wäre ich das schon. Die Belegschaft ist durchwegs mit Herz am Werk und lässt die Begeisterung am Sport Menschen verbinden. Ich wurde auch nach Ladenschluss noch geduldig beraten und mir wurde sogar noch ein Rabatt gewährt. Auch sonst ist der Shop sehr gut ausgestattet und „Schlagfertig“. Danke auch für den großartigen Espresso aus der professionellen Kaffeemaschine. Andreas Pitsch aus Wien Umgebung I am a cyclist from Vienna and have only been a Peto Bike customer once. Although I crashed into the shop 5 minutes before closing time and the seller knew that I would never become a regular customer, I was looked after as if I were already. The workforce is consistently passionate about their work and lets people connect with their enthusiasm for sport. I was patiently advised even after the store closed and I was even given a discount. A	Alfred Weis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein super Laden. Wir waren auf einer Transalp zum Gardasee und somit auf der "Durchreise". Mein Schaltwerk hatte einen Schaden. Der Hammer: das Schaltwerk war am Lager und wurde gleich eingebaut. Nochmals vielen Dank für diesen Service. Wenn der Laden nicht 550 km von meinem Heimatort entfernt wäre würde ich sofort ein dauerhafter Kunde werden. A great store. We were on a transalp to Lake Garda and thus on the "transit" route. My rear derailleur was damaged. The hammer: the rear derailleur was in stock and was installed straight away. Thank you again for this service. If the store weren't 550 km from my home town I would become a permanent customer straight away.

L	Lotte Reintjes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen zomer waren wij 3 weken op vakantie in Landeck om op de racefiets van de natuur te genieten. De schijfremmen van de fiets van mijn broer liepen niet mooi toen wij aan een rit begonnen, waardoor wij zonder afspraak langs waren gefietst. We werden meteen zeer snel en vakkundig geholpen zodat wij gelijk weer door konden fietsen. Later nog een keertje terug gekomen zonder afspraak omdat mijn remblokken versleten waren. Ze hadden ze op voorraad (in Nederland hadden ze in deze periode een schaarste) en binnen een uur kon ik mijn fiets al weer ophalen! Door de goede service van Peto konden wij toch nog mooie toertjes maken! Allebei de keren door Peto zeer snel, vriendelijk en vakkundig geholpen! De vakantieganger willen ze graag zo snel mogelijk weer op de fiets helpen. Peto, bedankt voor de goede service! Als je in de omgeving op vakantie bent en problemen met je fiets hebt zou ik deze winkel zeker aanraden. Peto, vielen Dank für den guten Service! Last summer we were on holiday in Landeck for 3 weeks to enjoy nature on our racing bike. The disc brakes on my brother's bike were not working properly when we started a ride, so we had cycled past without an appointment. We were immediately helped very quickly and professionally so that we could continue cycling right away. Later came back again without an appointment because my brake pads were worn out. They had them in stock (they were in short supply in the Netherlands during this period) and I was able to pick up my bike again within an hour! Thanks to Peto's good service, we were still able to make beautiful tours! Both times Peto helped very quickly, friendly and professionally! They would like to help the holidaymaker get back on their bike as soon as possible. Peto, thank you for the great service! If you are on holiday in the area and have problems with your bike I would definitely recommend this shop. Peto, Dank für den guten Service!

They go above and beyond to make sure that even if you are not purchasing a bike that particular day, you are still made welcome and all your questions are answered. I did purchase my E-bike from PETO Bike the same day I was there, and I am totally satisfied with my purchase and, knowing that they will be there to service and support me. Hats off to Tony the owner and to Thomas, my salesperson and to all the staff who really took care of me from beginning to end of my day at PETO Bike. I highly recommend PETO Bike.. you won't go wrong!! PS... the Expresso is really good!!
