Hatte ein technisches Problem an meinem e-Bike mit der Batterie. Hutter jr. und sein Kollege hat sich sofort auf Fehlersuche begeben und konnte mir schnell helfen so dass ich meine Tour 1 h später nach Meran fortsetzen kann. Da könnte sich so mancher Fahrradhändler in den Großstädten eine Scheibe abschneiden was Service ist. Besten Dank nochmals für eure schnelle Hilfe
Super helpful, competent and fair in the price
Had a technical problem with the battery on my e-bike. Hutter Jr. and his colleague immediately went to look for errors and was able to help me quickly so that I can continue my tour to Merano 1 hour later. Many bicycle dealers in the big cities could learn a bit about service. Thank you again for your quick help
