S	Sar Ah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service darf man bei diesem Leihservice nicht erwarten. Die Bindung des Boards ist auf der Piste kaputt gegangen. Das kann ja mal passieren. Aber die Reaktion des Ladens war genial: Das sei eben ein Herstellerproblem, da können man nichts machen. Kaum Rückerstattung nachdem man zuvor dort auch noch Ausrüstung gekauft hat. Mir fehlen die Worte… Service should not be expected from this rental service. The binding of the board broke on the slopes. That can happen. But the reaction of the store was brilliant: It's just a problem with the manufacturer, there's nothing you can do about it. Hardly any refund after buying equipment there before. I'm lost for words…
J	Justus K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Eine der vorderen Bindungen eines von uns ausgeliehenen Snowboards riss heute ab. Als wir dies bei der Rückgabe reklamierten, gab es nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung - stattdessen wurde darauf verwiesen, dass ja der Hersteller schuld sei. Wir mussten lange diskutieren um eine lächerliche Entschädigung von 10€ zu bekommen. Kaum zu glauben. Unfortunately not recommended. One of the front bindings of a snowboard we rented broke today. When we complained about this when we returned it, there was not even an apology - instead it was pointed out that the manufacturer was to blame. We had to argue for a long time to get a ridiculous compensation of 10€. Hard to believe.

R	Rene Loko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most wonderful E-Bike-Tour with Laura & Tomy to Schwarzer See and Nauders in August 2021. Both are so joyful people! They also know this area "wie ihre Westentasche", so the tour was not the common tourist tour, but a diversified and wonderful tour through the Dreiländereck (AT, CH, I) and the heart of the Alps. We had so much fun and want to come back to take some ski-class in winter!
G	Grace Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately would not recommend. Rented a snowboard and also bought 390€ worth of gear from the store. Snowboard binding snapped off on the 2nd day and rental staff said it was the manufacturers fault. Did not refund the rental fee even after it was requested. Finally was aggressively handed 10€ in cash. Upstairs retail staff was friendly however.
J	Jamie Miu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked some ski lessons, Laura was very friendly and laidback with the booking due to the uncertainty of the covid restrictions. Luckily we were able to make our ski trip. We had lessons with Tommi, he is super patience and really friendly, he corrected our mistakes and gave good tips. We really enjoyed the lessons and we can even ski on the red run at the end of the lessons. Would highly recommend Sport-Monz.
