Perfect location next to the gondola. Well helped and children under 7 years of free rent. You can store your ski gear downstairs and pick it up again the next day.

Nach einem Anruf war klar, dass wir die "normalen" und keine Fully Räder (voll gefedert) am nächsten Tag ausleihen würden. An diesem Morgen wurde uns aber mitgeteilt, dass nurnoch 3 der reservierten Fahrräder vorrätig sind und wir deshalb 2 Fullys nehmen müssen. Wir mussten also 22 Euro mehr bezahlen, was mich sehr enttäuscht hat. Es uns am Telefon schon mitzuteilen wäre auch eine Möglichkeit gewesen. Die Fahrräder waren insgesamt aber gut und wir hatten einen schönen Tag damit. Nur die Fullys, die wir ja garnicht brauchten und wollten, waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Von einem professionellen Sportgeschäft erhoffe ich mir mehr. Two weeks ago we wanted to rent e-bikes for 5 young people. After a call it was clear that we would rent the "normal" and not fully suspension bikes the next day. That morning, however, we were informed that only 3 of the reserved bicycles are available and that we therefore have to take 2 fullys. So we had to pay 22 euros more, which was very disappointing. It would also have been an option to tell us over the phone. The bikes were good overall and we had a nice day with them. Only the fullys, which we didn't need or want, took a bit of getting used to. I hope for more from a professional sports shop.
B	Benjamin Runkel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal super freundlich, Service prima, habe ein E-Bike geliehen leider ist mir nach 20 Meter das Schaltauge gebrochen, habe sofort ein anderes Bile bekommen ohne Diskussionen. Am nächsten Tag bei der Rückgabe wurde eine kleine Gutschrift ausgestellt zur Entschädigung der Unannehmlichkeiten. Ich kann diesen Laden nur jedem empfehlen der in Kappl und Umgebung ein Bike leihen will. Großes Lob an dieses Geschäft. Staff super friendly, service great, I borrowed an e-bike, unfortunately the derailleur hanger broke after 20 meters, I immediately got another bike without any discussion. The next day when it was returned, a small credit was issued to compensate for the inconvenience. I can only recommend this shop to anyone who wants to rent a bike in Kappl and the surrounding area. Kudos to this business.

Geliehen wurde in der "Superior"-Kategorie (beste und teuerste von 4 Kategorien), die nach Angabe des Geschäfts bei Ski mit einem Preis von mindestens 650,- EUR beginnt. Ich habe Anforderungen an die Eigenschaften an den Ski gestellt, die mit der ersten Auswahl nicht erfüllt wurden. Unkompliziert wurde der Ski getauscht. Der zweite Ski (Atomic Redster X9 WB) war nicht das aktuelle 2022-Modell und wurde im Laden selbst für 599,- angeboten. Mit dem Ski kam ich gut zurecht, begeistert hat er mich allerdings nicht. Fazit: zumindest für anspruchsvolle Fahrer macht es Sinn, sich bereits vorab zu informieren um hier eine passgenaue Auswahl zu finden. Anmerkung: diese Rezension habe ich im Text als auch in der Bewertung zum positiven angepasst, nachdem mir bei weiteren Recherchen ein Kommunikationsfehler aufgefallen ist. to the ski rental: Service friendly and fast. I made demands on the properties of the skis that were not met with the first selection. The ski was easily exchanged. The second ski (Atomic Redster X9 WB) was not the current 2022 model and was offered for sale in the store itself for 599,-. I got along well with the skis, but I wasn't impressed with them. Conclusion: it makes sense, at least for demanding drivers, to obtain information in advance in order to find a suitable selection here. Note: I have adapted this review to the positive in the text as well as in the evaluation after I noticed a communication error during further research.

I am doing an online reservation in advance and therefore enjoying 10% discount. You have 3 options where to pick up and return your equipment: in the village, in the store next to the cable car starting station and in the store in the cable car end station which is very close to the Sunny Mountain resort. You can pay cash, with EC or credit card.
