Dit tijdens een ticht van 90 km. Mijn racefiets werd meteen onder handen genomen en in 10 minuten was het opgelost. En zonder kosten. De dikke fooi was helemaal verdiend. Dikke pluim voor jullie. Bedankt ????? Was für ein toller Service von der Reparaturabteilung. Meine hinteren Kettenräder waren lose und konnten nicht richtig schalten und es machte Geräusche. Dies während einer Fahrt von 90 km. Mein Rennrad wurde sofort gepflegt und in 10 Minuten gelöst. Und das kostenlos. Das große Trinkgeld war verdient. Ein großes Lob an Sie. Uns wurde als Alternative aber gleich eine Reparatur angeboten, was uns eine Menge Geld sparte. Sehr gute Beratung. Super Service! We were there because of a broken snowboard binding and assumed we had to buy a new one. As an alternative, we were offered a repair, which saved us a lot of money. Very good advice.

Wollte meine nicht einmal 1 Jahr alten ON-Cloud Laufschuhe umtauschen/reklamieren; da das einreißen seitlich am Schuh ein bekanntes Problem dieser Marke ist!! Leider wurde ich sofort abgelehnt und mir wurde erklärt dass ich die Schuhe schon viel getragen habe und dass dann so normal sei! Mir wurden jetzt die Schuhe von der Firma ON ohne Problem ersetzt Bad customer service! I wanted to exchange / complain about my ON-Cloud running shoes, which were not even 1 year old; as tearing on the side of the shoe is a known problem for this brand! Unfortunately, I was immediately rejected and I was told that I had already worn the shoes a lot and that it would be so normal! The ON company has now replaced my shoes without any problems
