★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, clean all you need except no wifi it dose not work to connect to the internet. I tryed with cord as well to my laptop and no connection used my mobil phone network while i was there that can be pricy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cancel our room at last minute. We planned to stay there after Hallstatt, they canceled 3 pm, and we cannot went salzburg. Must stayed hallstatt with high price, and had to cancel our bus. Never recommend there, never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pensionat is situated in the absolut best part of the inner city! There is a Huge puplic parking lot in the Mountain 200 meter away.

The place is cozy and the kindhearted, and sligtly exentric host, is all about service, service and service in the pensionat but also what to see and where to go. What a great guy!
Great big soft beds! Nice local/continental breakfast.
This is why this place gets 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place if you need a comfy place to sleep in Salzburg for 1-2 days.
If you need an elevator, better find another hotel (4 floors - no elevator).
If you want good breakfast I can suggest very good places (10min walk - on the way to the main spots in Salzburg) to offer that (Carpe diem finest fingerfood ~36€ for 2?, glüxfall ~don't remember the price but similar range ??)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super location but super noisy. there is a bar just below, then you have noise up to very late at night, and then the church wake you up at 6am with the Bell's, and after that is every 15 min and is a full show every hour. the rooms are clean and small but nice, but impossible to sleep. by the way, the church is just in front of the hotel, impossible to not hear it. Also important, if you are really overweight, is not ok, very narrow stairs and no lift.
