C	Christian Rauth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reinste Katastrophe!, nach 3x testen waren die Gläser immer noch falsch, "Premiumglas" wurde bezahlt, günstige Variante verbaut.... Brille und Sonnenbrille wurden zu einen früheren Zeitpunkt gleichzeitig gekauft somit auch zum selben Zeitpunkt getestet... -> jedoch mit unterschiedlichen Sehstärken, aber das ist meine Schuld "das täuscht, die Brillen stimmen" -> zum späteren Zeitpunkt hat es ein anderer Verkäufer zugegeben dass die Gläser falsch sind.... Auf jedenfall, ca 6 Wochen herum getan dass ich eine Brille bekomme, hat nicht funktioniert..... Bei der Konkurrenz in Innsbruck/Maria-Theresien-Straße 6, nach 2 Tagen die neu Brille bekommen mit 0 Problemen! Pure disaster! After 3x testing the glasses were still wrong, "premium glass" was paid for, inexpensive variant installed .... glasses and sunglasses were bought at the same time at the same time so tested at the same time ... -> but with different eyesight, but that's my fault "it's wrong, the glasses are correct" -> at a later point in time another seller admitted that the glasses were wrong .... In any case, about 6 weeks before I got glasses, it didn't work ..... At the competition in Innsbruck / Maria-Theresien-Straße 6, after 2 days I got the new glasses with 0 problems!

Murat has a lot of patience and wants to provide the best service to the customer. He really took his time, explained everything and in the end I was able to get all the glasses that I needed. I am very happy and if you go to Pearl make sure you speak with Murat directly.
