Ich bekam eine Sonnenbrille geschenkt die bei Miller Optik (Cyta Völs) gekauft wurde. Ich habe beim Auspacken einen kleinen Fehler gefunden und mich mit dem Geschäft in Verbindung gesetzt. Dort wurde meine Anmerkung sehr nett und professionell beantwortet. Es wurde alles unternommen, was die Brille ganz perfekt macht. In einem solchen Fachgeschäft zu kaufen macht Sinn, da ist man als Kunde wirklich gut aufgehoben. Unsere Familie kauft seit Jahrzehnten alle Brillen bei Miller Optik und wir waren immer sehr zufrieden. Das wurde nun auch noch einmal bestätigt. Wir können Miller Optik basierend auf unseren Erfahrungen bestens empfehlen. How important you are as a customer, you can see that when it comes to customer service. I got a pair of sunglasses bought at Miller Optik (Cyta Völs). I found a small bug while unpacking and contacted the store. There my comment was answered very nice and professional. Everything was done, which makes the glasses perfect. Buying in such a shop makes sense, because you as a customer are in good hands. Our family has been buying all eyewear from Miller Optik for decades and we have always been very satisfied. This has now been confirmed once again. We can highly recommend Miller Optik based on our experience.

Was uns dort erwartete, übertraf allerdings unsere Erwartungen - Top Beratung sowohl was Sonnenbrillen, optische Brillen als auch Linsen betrifft (wir sind Maulwürfe), extrem kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter (vor allem Kathrin!!!), viele Zusatzleistungen und alles in der gewohnten Qualität. Besonders diese Filiale ist sehr kundenorientiert und man hat das Gefühl, hier 1. willkommen zu sein, 2. Extrawünsche kein Problem sind und 3. fair behandelt wird was das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis betrifft. Ein "das gibt es nicht" kam uns nicht unter, auch wenn wir noch so viele Brillen reserviert haben, sogar zu Hause ausprobieren durften, Brillen in Farben sehen wollten, die nicht lagernd waren…. Kathrin machte einfach alles möglich! Es ist schön, wenn es noch ein Unternehmen gibt, wo man das Gefühl hat, Kunde zu sein! What awaited us there, however, exceeded our expectations - top advice regarding sunglasses, optical glasses and lenses (we are moles), extremely competent and friendly staff (especially Kathrin !!!), many additional services and everything in the usual quality . This branch in particular is very customer-oriented and you have the feeling that 1. you are welcome here, 2. special requests are not a problem and 3. that the price-performance ratio is treated fairly. A "that does not exist" did not occur to us, even if we reserved so many glasses, were even allowed to try them at home, wanted to see glasses in colors that were not in stock…. Kathrin made everything possible! It is nice if there is still a company where you feel like you are a customer! THANK YOU
