Den Blick was sie uns trotz Entschuldigung zugeworfen hat war wirklich sehr übertrieben böse. Sonst alles gut Everything is good, except for the employee "Iris" or whatever her name is. So etwas sollte normalerweise gegenüber der Kunden in keinster Weise vorkommen. Assortment varied and really great, BUT: the staff in the branch is really unfriendly, doesn't answer any questions - and if they do, then only with "anger" or a dirty look. This shouldn't normally happen to customers in any way.

Dann endlich zum zahlen dran, fragt die Kassiererin ganz frech, ob es mir passt, wenn sie mir die €0,03 nicht gibt, weil sie am SAMSTAG kein Wechselgeld hat, bei meiner Mama waren es €0,01. Da dürfte sie am Abend ein schönes Trinkgeld gehabt haben. Es geht mir nicht um die paar Cent, aber das war einfach nur eine Sauerei. So ein grosses Geschäft wird doch wohl einen Tresor mit Wechselgeld haben. Einfach nur eine Frechheit. I went shopping at Cyta with my mom on Saturday. For the longest time only 1 cash desk open, nobody cares about the distance. Then finally to pay, the cashier asks very cheekily if it suits me if she doesn't give me the € 0.03 because she doesn't have any change on SATURDAY, with my mom it was € 0.01. She should have had a nice tip that evening. I'm not interested in the pennies, but that was just a mess. Such a big business will have a safe with change. Just a cheek.

Hab ein Holzbrennstempel-Set gekauft, aber das Gerät für die Stempel habt ihr anscheinend nicht. Aber anstatt sich mal 1 Minute die Mühe zu geben und zu schauen rasen die Mitarbeiter an uns vorbei nur um zusammen zu stehen und zu lästern. unmotivated employees, nothing helpful. If you ask normally, they really sniff at you. Impossible real. Bought a wood burning stamp set, but apparently you don't have the device for the stamps. But instead of bothering to look for a minute, the employees rush past us just to stand together and blaspheme.
L	Laura Pfeifer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin eigentlich zufrieden mit dem Action nur was mir heute passiert ist , fand ich schon sehr unangenehm ich suchte nach eine Produkt und habe ich dort eine Mitarbeiter gefragt und der sagte dass er es nicht Weiße und zeigt mir seine Kollegin und sagte zu mir ich soll sein Kollegin( Lisi)so heist sie glaube ich fragen sie ist hier die Stellvertreterin und vielleicht weist sie das, ich fragte die Lisi und sie antwortete mich mit einen böse Blick und Zorn woher soll ich es wissen und schickt mir also zur Kasse. Es ist einfach fruchtbar sie als Stellvertreterin wie mit dem Kunden umgeht ?? Aber bis auf diesen eine Mitarbeiterin sind alle sehr nett und freundlich dort I'm actually satisfied with the action, only what happened to me today, I found it very uncomfortable.
