Unfähiges Personal und frech auch noch geht gar nicht. I wanted to buy a hiking shoe with my wife and I informed myself online beforehand and just asked the seller if he was still available in the size of the Salewa MTN, he showed us a few from the Salewa Crow, I said no from the MTN, then he said it was the same shoe and got cheeky. Incapable staff and cheeky is also not possible.

Man findet keinen der einem helfen kann..und wenn man einen sieht, dann sind sie schnell wieder verschwunden..Als ob sie vor Kunden flüchten wollen.. Good product selection .. unfortunately very few employees. You can't find anyone who can help you .. and when you see one, they are quickly gone again .. As if they want to flee from customers ..

Eine online Bestellung abzuholen dauert da schon einmal 20 Minuten. Das verlief dafür dann super schnell und ohne Probleme. Long waiting times, due to the small number of employees in the shop, it takes a long time to get what you want. Picking up an online order takes 20 minutes. It went really quickly and without any problems.
B	Bianca Madlener on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr enttäuscht. Hatten am Anfang schon Probleme, wollten die Bindung einstellen lassen und einen Service beim Ski. Dann wurde der Ski nicht mehr gefunden. Daraufhin wartete Ich 2 Wochen und niemand hat sich gemeldet. Bin dann persönlich vorbei um zu fragen ob sie fertig sind. Die Dame sagte dann ja Ich kann sie mitnehmen. Als Ich dann los wollte passte die Bindung nicht, also wieder den ganzen Weg zurück. Katastrophe war nur am hin und her rennen. Sehr ärgerlich leider. Very disappointed. Had problems at the beginning, wanted to have the binding adjusted and have the ski serviced. Then the ski was no longer found. I then waited 2 weeks and nobody answered. Then I stopped by personally to ask if they were ready. The lady then said yes I can take her. When I wanted to leave, the binding didn't fit, so all the way back. Disaster was just running back and forth. Very annoying unfortunately.
