Ein ganz großes Lob an Frau Golderer, die mich bediente und bei der ich mich sehr wohl fühlte. Für ihre ehrliche Meinung, Aufklärung und Beratung! Eine kleine Anregung: Wäre es möglich, das man eine Sms geschickt bekommt, bevor die 2 Jahres Garantie ausläuft. Vielleicht 2 Monate davor? Today I was at the Fielmann company. Friendly, competent and courteous. A big compliment to Ms. Golderer, who served me and with whom I felt very comfortable. For your honest opinion, enlightenment and advice! Alles ging eher flott und professionell, was ich liebe, denn wollte nicht Stunden lang herumsuchen. Jetzt habe ich eine schöne Brille mit aufsetzbaren Sonnenbrillenteil. Ich kann Fielmann nur empfehlen! Jederzeit wieder gern!!! Mr. Ferenc A. gave me friendly and competent advice. Everything went rather quickly and professionally which I love as didn't want to spend hours poking around. Now I have a nice pair of glasses with a sunglass part that can be attached. I can only recommend Fielmann! Gladly again at any time!!!

Sie war extrem freundlich, kompetent, geduldig (sehr darauf bedacht, die perfekte Fassung zu finden) und ausgesprochen sorgfältig. Am Samstag bestellt und konnte bereits am Mittwoch abgeholt werden. Alles wunderbar! Bei Bedarf jederzeit wieder sehr gerne! Great praise! The saleswoman (apprentice!!) was great! She was extremely friendly, competent, patient (keen on finding the perfect frame) and extremely thorough. Ordered on Saturday and could be picked up on Wednesday. Everything is wonderful! As a result, Fielmann’s clerk helped me repair it professionally and replaced the broken nose pad without charging me. I am really grateful, especially for students who are going to exchange abroad.

The service was so perfect and they are really kind. I thank them for having repaired my glasses. I recommend this place ! Moreover, the shop is really beautiful.
