C	Chris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sogar 1Stern ist zu viel, meine Freundin war vor 2 Jahren dort und hat bewusst einen teuren A1 go Vertrag abgedreht bekommen obwohl sie mit damals 20 Jahren noch einen günstigeren Jugendtarif hätte bekommen müssen, da wurde ihr aber von abgeraten... Vor wenigen Tagen ist sie erneut zum Shop und hat sich beraten lassen und wiedermal wurde versucht ihr einen teureren Vertrag anzudrehen auf die Nachfrage warum ihr kein günstigere Jugendtarif angeboten wird kam die Antwort das der ja angeblich teurer wäre und sich nicht lohnt obwohl der xcite s 22,9€ den Monat kosten würde und der vom Berater vorgeschlagene Tarif mit weit über 40€ und weniger Leistung besser wäre! Absoluter Quatsch und völlige Inkompetenz wenn nicht sogar volle Absicht. Auf die inkompetente Beratung ist sie zum Glück diesmal nicht weiter eingegangen, nach einem Anruf beim A1 Kundenservice und dem schildern der Situation konnte der Mitarbeiter auch nicht ganz glauben was dort passiert ist und hat ihr direkt versichert das sie passende Angebote erhalten wird und ihr auch zu einem Jugendtarif geraten, denn alles andere würde keinen Sinn machen! Vielen Dank immerhin an den A1 Kundenservice! Even 1Stars is too much, my girlfriend was there 2 years ago and has deliberately turned off an expensive A1 go contract although she would have had to get a cheaper youth rate with 20 years back then, but she was advised against ... A few days ago, she is again to the shop and has been advised and wiedermal was trying to turn a more expensive contract on the demand why you no better youth rate is offered came the answer that was supposedly more expensive and not worthwhile even though the xcite s 22 , 9 € would cost the month and the rate proposed by the consultant with well over 40 € and less power would be better! Absolute nonsense and complete incompetence if not even full intention. Fortunately, this time she did not go any further into the incompetent advice, after a call to the A1 customer service and the description of the situation, the employee could not fully believe what happened there and assured her directly that she would receive suitable offers and also her a youth rate advised, because everything else would make no sense! Thank you at least to the A1 customer service!
E	Emanuel Randolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einem Größeren Problem mit der A1 App wo zwei Shops schon Aufgegeben haben und ich nicht Wusste was los ist bekam ich einen Anruf vom A1 Shopmanager Simon vom A1 Shop in Völs wo ich zuerst auch keinen Erfolg hatte. Ich habe Ihm die Chance gegeben es zu Versuchen und bin vom Imst nach Völs gefahren. Es war für Ihn einen Harte Nuss aber Er ist an der Sache dran geblieben und hat es Geschafft das Problem zu Lösen. TOP Vielen Lieben Dank an Simon für den Super Tollen Einsatz After a major problem with the A1 app where two shops have already given up and I didn't know what was going on, I got a call from the A1 shop manager Simon from the A1 shop in Fiè where I initially had no success. I gave him the chance to try it and drove from Imst to Fiè. It was a hard nut to crack for him but he stayed with it and managed to solve the problem. TOP Many thanks to Simon for the great effort
