Aber nach nur einer Wanderung haben sich die Schweißflecken nicht mehr aus meinem €60,- Shirt waschen lassen, okay kann passieren. Aber was dann geschah kann ich eigentlich noch garnicht fassen. Ich bin extra aus OÖ wieder in den Peak Performance Store nach Salzburg gefahren um es umzutauschen. Zuerst musste ich eine gute Stunde auf die Kollegin warten die mir dann "großzügiger Weise" 20% Rabatt (€12,-) auf ein anderes Shirt angeboten hätte. Wenigstens haben sie es nicht abgestritten, dass es von ihnen ist. Ich wollte ja noch nichtmal das Geld zurück, mit einer Gutschrift wäre ich schon zufrieden gewesen... Ich denke nicht, dass die Kundenorientierung des Stores mit der Markenphilosophie übereinstimmt. Ich erwarte mir umgehend eine angemessene Lösung! One thing in advance - Peak Performance is one of my favorite brands. But after only one hike, the sweat stains did not wash out of my € 60, - shirt, okay can happen. But what happened next I can not believe. I went back to the Peak Performance Store in Salzburg especially from Upper Austria to exchange it. First I had to wait for a good hour for the colleague who would have offered me "generous way" 20% discount (€ 12, -) on another shirt. At least they have not denied that it is of them. I did not even want the money back, with a credit I would have been satisfied ... I do not think that the customer orientation of the store is in line with the brand philosophy. I expect an appropriate solution immediately!
