Höflich und diskret, Wasser und Café werden einem angeboten. Und was ich nicht wusste, aber erstaunt feststellte - in den Kabinen gibt es Deo und Haarspray! Weiter so! A fantastic advice from the lady in blond! Thank you very much for the good advice for the gift to my wife! Polite and discreet, water and coffee are offered. Ich merkte bei der Anprobe, dass der Rock etwas zu locker sitzt, teilte dies auch der Verkäuferin mit und sie meinte, ohne nachzusehen, dass sie diesen nicht mehr in 36 vorrätig hat. Ich lies mir den Rock für 2 Stunden zurücklegen. Wieder im Geschäft stand ich bereits, mit der Geldbörse, an der Kasse und fragte nochmals ob der Rock tatsächlich nicht eine Nummer kleiner zu erwerben ist. Erst als meine Zahlungsbereitschaft ersichtlich war, wurde ernsthaft nach der Größe gesucht und innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten auch gefunden! Im Nachhinein bereue ich es sogar, bei solch unfreundlichen Personal etwas gekauft zu haben! You are not taken seriously by the staff, especially as a young customer! When I tried it on, I noticed that the skirt was a little too loose, so I told the seller and she said without looking that she no longer has it in 36. I had my skirt covered for 2 hours. Back in business I was already at the cash register with my wallet and asked again whether the skirt was actually a size down. It was only when my willingness to pay was evident that the size was seriously searched for and found within 1-2 minutes! In retrospect, I even regret buying something from such unfriendly staff!

Was man nach 2minütigem Aufenthalt sofort verstehen kann. Trotz zweier anwesenden Verkäuferinnen wird man weder begrüßt noch zur Kenntnis genommen. Man wagt es zu stören und nach dem Produkt in einer anderen Größe zu fragen - eine Dame rafft sich auf und möchte nachsehen - wird aber von der zweiten Dame sofort zurückgehalten - das hätten sie sowieso nicht, ohne überhaupt einen Blick auf das Kleidungsstück zu werfen. Viel wichtiger war es, dass sie von der Kollegin eine Antwort bekommt, wie ihr der Mantel steht. Offensichtlich habe ich die Verkäuferinnen beim Anprobieren der neuen Kollektion unterbrochen - worauf man mit einem doch schon etwas gezwungenen "Auf Wiedersehen" das Geschäft verlässt. Antwort bekommt man keine - das nächste Kleidungsstück muss schon im Spiegel betrachtet werden. Zu hoffen bleibt, dass zumindest die Damen dann etwas zum Umsatz beigetragen haben - denn mich wird diese Filiale ganz sicher nicht mehr sehen. Als zahlende Kundin lässt man sich ungern wie ein lästiges Insekt behandeln - ist mir bisher auch noch nie passiert - vielleicht sollte man die Mitarbeiterinnen mal zur Schulung in andere Filialen schicken, oder auch nur ein Training der gewöhnlichen Umgangsformen? You dare to disturb and ask for the product in a different size - one lady pulls herself up and wants to look - but is immediately held back by the second lady - they wouldn't have that anyway without even looking at the item of clothing. It was much more important that she get an answer from her colleague about how her coat suits her. Obviously I interrupted the shop assistants trying on the new collection - whereupon you leave the shop with a somewhat forced "goodbye". You don't get an answer - the next item of clothing has to be looked at in the mirror. It remains to be hoped that at least the women contributed something to the turnover - because this branch will definitely not see me anymore. As a paying customer, you don't like being treated like an annoying insect - has never happened to me before - maybe you should send the employees to other branches for training, or even just a training in the usual manners?
