I was asking to take the phone on installments payment and they told me not really polite if im not speaking good german language they can't give me installments payment. Im leaving in Austria, Im working here and they just make discrimination for people who doesn't speak perfectly german!... im disappointed ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairly ridiculous experience with McShark. If you want prompt and on point service - look elsewhere. On site staff are friendly (only reason for the 2 stars and not 1) but somewhat unequipped to handle problematic situations. The online sales system is a complete joke. COMPLETELY unreliable delivery estimation system and the online sales team is NEVER available over the phone.
