It used to be the best fashion shop in Europark for me. Now the sales area has been halved and my men's department is almost gone.

Ich empfinde das als dreist so einem Kunden Daten zu entlocken und so ein schlechtes Gewissen zu wecken da man ja Geld hätte sparen können. Nein Danke! 10 percent cheaper when I create a loyalty card. That would have been good 15 euros. I feel that as a bold as a customer to elicit data and so awaken a guilty conscience because you could have saved money. No thanks!
A	Alice Ewert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut kein Einkaufserlebnis! Mitarbeiter haben keinerlei Warenkompetenz, müssen erst selbst den Store durchsuchen, bis sie die Artikel finden. Noch dazu KEIN kundenorientiertes Reklamationsmanagement. Viel zu lang, total chaotisch und noch dazu muss sich der Kunde extrem rechtfertigen, wenn er Ware (neu, ungetragen, mit Etikett & innerhalb der Umtauschfrist) zurückgeben möchte. Noch dazu habe ich einen kleinen Makel an der Kasse bemerkt und musste mir anhören, dass man den Fadenzug doch nicht sieht - hallo? Ich habe ihn gerade selbst bemerkt! Dass der Kunde hier vielleicht ein einwandfreiem Artikel kaufen möchte, ist wohl noch nicht bei allen Mitarbeitern angekommen. Da bestelle ich lieber online!! Absolutely no shopping experience! Employees have no knowledge of goods and have to search the store themselves until they find the item. In addition, NO customer-oriented complaint management. Much too long, totally chaotic and the customer has to justify himself extremely if he wants to return goods (new, unworn, with a label & within the exchange period). In addition, I noticed a small flaw at the cash register and had to hear that you can't see the thread - hello? I just noticed it myself! The fact that the customer might want to buy a flawless item here has probably not yet reached all of the employees. I prefer to order online !!

Da ziehe ich lieber weiter... Nice goods - would have bought too! Unfortunately, it was a terribly intrusive waitress who didn't even have time to breathe and was apparently very important. I'd rather move on ...
