★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace avere una disavventura con Jack & Jones, frettolosamente lunedì 10 maggio 2021 ho preso un altro paio di pantaloni cargo(59,99€), perché sono veramente comodi e pratici di fattura discreta, ho pagato con la carta senza controllare lo scontrino, una volta a casa ho notato che nel mio scontrino c’erano altri articoli di cui ero ignaro, di conseguenza ho pagato molto di più (il doppio circa), chiedendo gentilmente se si può risolvere la questione mi é stato detto di „no“ in quanto non posso dimostrare che la commessa ha sbagliato. Chiedendo di controllare la quantità di articoli per verificare l‘errore, mi é stato detto ancora „no“ in quanto una perdita di tempo per loro, scendendo a patti per non perdere definitivamente i miei 60€ chiedo se al momento del‘inventario i 3 articoli pagati ma mai ritirati dal negozio possano risultare, a risposta finalmente positiva decido di attendere fino ad agosto, intanto lascio una stella se la cosa si risolverà sarò lieto di assegnare il giusto punteggio a questo esercizio.

I'm sorry to have a mishap with Jack & Jones, hastily on Monday 10 May 2021 I got another pair of cargo pants (€ 59.99), because they are really comfortable and practical with a discreet invoice, I paid by card without checking the receipt, once at home I noticed that in my receipt there were other items that I was unaware of, consequently I paid a lot more (about double), politely asking if the matter can be resolved I was told "no" in how much I can not prove that the saleswoman was wrong. Asking to check the quantity of items to verify the error, I was told again "no" as it was a waste of time for them, coming to terms not to permanently lose my 60 € I ask if at the time of the inventory the 3 items paid for but never withdrawn from the shop may result, when the answer is finally positive I decide to wait until August, in the meantime I leave a star if the thing will be resolved I will be happy to assign the right score to this exercise.
