★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff did not want to accept a picture of my H&M voucher I wanted to use for paying since I forgot the voucher card at home , which is not appropriate in my opinion since I would not fake the picture - they could even see my mom sent it. At the other H&M it was not a problem, so I do not see the point. If I got an H&M voucher I want to be able to use it, and if I pay online I also just enter the voucher code. Dear H&M, you should simplify transactions for your customers and work on the flexibility of your personnel, otherwise I am not interested in buying your brand which is sadly known to be made under poor work conditions anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, very small men's section and not a lot for women's trousers either when it comes to different pant lengths. Tends to be very crowded on Fri & Sat and there's long queues at the registers.
