Wochen zum ersten Mal bei Martell in der Neubaugasse, Geschäft wirkt sehr altmodisch, als wäre dort die Zeit stehen geblieben, man kann sich auch nicht allzu frei bewegen, es ist eng und fast alles regelrecht zugestellt. Wollte eine Foundation von Clinique kaufen, meinen gewünschten Farbton gab es aber nicht und es wurde mir eine Bestellung sowie telefonische Benachrichtigung angeboten. Wurde aber auch nach sage und schreibe! 2 Wochen nicht angerufen! So einen schlechten Kundenservice habe ich selten erlebt! Habe die Foundation bei einer anderen Parfümerie gekauft und war somit mein erster und auch letzter Besuch in dieser Parfümerie. Was about 2 weeks ago for the first time at Martell in Neubaugasse, business looks very old-fashioned, as if there time stood still, you can not move too freely, it is tight and almost everything delivered downright. Wanted to buy a foundation of Clinique, but my desired color was not there and I was offered an order and telephone notification. But was also after no end! 2 weeks not called! Such a bad customer service I have rarely experienced! I bought the foundation at another perfumery and was my first and last visit to this perfumery.

I live very close to there, and it is a big store in an expensive area and I have never seen anyone more than one or two older women there, but usually it is completely empty. I bought a pair of earings there that someone specifically asked me to buy, and when I gave them to the person they were broken and the store refused to return or exchange them. Absolute garbage establishment
