Unfortunately, I cannot understand the bad reviews. When I was in the business, I received great advice and felt comfortable. The seller responded to me and made very good recommendations accordingly. I will gladly come again.

rude staff who clearly don't want new customers. When I asked if they had Zo skin Obagi cosmetics, which are pretty well known and not cheap, they looked at me with such contempt as if I asked if they were selling Loreal ... ? Besides, they didn't even know what I was looking for looked for and had never heard of such cosmetics. For me this is very strange and speaks of unprofessionalism. They sell Valmont, 3Lab, but they don't know Obagi…. They are unprofessional and very arrogant. I visited her the second time and I always didn't feel good enough for her. Although I am dressed expensively and know my way around cosmetics. In general, the cosmetics are beautiful, but the service is like a cheap village shop. If the service and professionalism of the staff are just as important to you, I would not recommend this place.

Absolutely disgusting saleswoman, She looked at me like I wanted to steal something, and she had no idea I had over 100 perfumes and a collection she hadn't heard of, whatever you asked her was like taking her to an electric chair and wondering what I was doing there.I guess she couldn't wait for me to get out (and I have no idea why, it was not crowded) Although parfumery have a solid selection of "niche" parfumes the perfumery itself is too bad, and conceptually poorly done, layout is terrible... For "nice" parfume lovers skip this place in Vienna and go to "Maison De Parfumes"

They have few brends that are exclusive by them in Vienna , and I’m super satisfied with their products for years ! The best make up retailer on the city . I used to go to the Filiale ok Heiligenstädter Straße 142, and the service in excellent, really tip top !! But In the Filiale at Graben the sellers are Very rude and extremely arrogant.. not eager to help you .i will Keep going in the other Filiale , but never again on Graben . I had so many bad experiences there during the years !

Service- 1/5 Selection- 2/5 Price- 3/5 I had to play cat and mouse before someone WANTED to catch my eye at this place. Blessing in disguise- as I got a wonderful French lady that was a 5/5! WITHOUT HER, THEY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN NO STARS FOR SERVICE. Don't think that will ever happen again. As they are a well established place; I believe their desired clientele are the ladies that are living around the Graben. Therefore, I will try out the store in the 19th. If anyone else felt the evident rudeness of the staff; it wasn't just you! Selection is small due to the size of the place. But if you are in town for a visit, they have the basic necessities from most internationally accredited brands. But I doubt a tourist would come here, as most Duty Free stores have a far more impressive selection- at a lower cost. Price- you need to consider what they are selling and where they are selling it from. If you are new to these brands, it may seem a bit steep- but if you got a good consult, then WHICHEVER product you chose would change your entire routine. BUT SADLY not a place for consulting. TIP: Do some research on your product/what you're looking for BEFORE you go there- otherwise it could very well be a waste of your money, as they are just pushing products. Overall: Could be a muchhh warmer place to walk into. It's sad that I was warned about this beforehand as well. And smelling every employees' smoke break isn't my idea of a relaxed luxury shop. Sorry

I've been shopping at this location and another on Währinger Straße for years. The kind and knowledgeable staff are generous with product demonstrations and samples. I love their selection of Penhaligon's perfumes and Valmont cosmetics.
