Eine Frau Tanja hat mich sehr kompetent beraten, aber auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ich komme gerne wieder!! was today on black friday in this branch and must say simply TOP! A woman Tanja has given me very competent advice, but all the other staff were helpful and accommodating. I will gladly come again!!

Information bezüglich der Wirkungsweise der Wirkstoffe hinsichtlich meines Hauttyps erwartet, wurde lediglich mit oberflächlichen Infos schnell und patzig abgefertigt. Da gehe ich lieber zur wirklich noblen Parfümerie nebenan wo man sich noch Zeit für den Kunden nimmt und ein höfliches Auftreten gegenüber Kunden gepflegt wird! Unfriendly, arrogant, technically not very competent sales people. I had a sound advice and information regarding the mode of action of the active ingredients in terms of my skin type expected with respect to a very expensive day cream, was handled only superficially fast and cheesy. Since I prefer to go to the really noble perfumery next door where you take time for the customer and a polite appearance towards customers is maintained!

This shop is located in the first district meaning it’s located in a very tourism district, so me as a tourist heard about this shop from some friends but didn’t expect the rude behaviour of the sales person. PLUS their English was BAD, me as a tourist should I learn first German then come and ask for help?? Other shops in the same district were soo friendly and spoke English when I asked for help. They should be embarrassed by their actions, ugh not only actions but their appearance looked rude too so unprofessional. Just go home darlings and don’t work!! P.S. if there was an option of zero star I would have pressed that.

Even though it is located in one of the finest districts in Vienna (The first district) and very touristic, they speak no English, they were very mean and unfriendly. There was a skin product that I couldn’t find online, so I reserved it on the website in the only shop that has this product which unfortunately was the one that is located in Graben. I called them to make sure that they’ve got it at store after I got an email as a confirmation so that I wouldn’t go for nothing specially that I live 40 min away from the first district, the lady that answered the phone couldn’t speak well English and was really mean, but she said at the end yes you can come in angry tone. I went and I was really disappointed with their treatment, very mean and unfriendly workers. What I have seen today I’ve never saw in any other Douglas shop, I was yesterday in Douglas Mariahilferstraße and Landstraße and the ladies there were so friendly, respectful and very very helpful when it came to some products that I couldn’t find.
