Die freche, inkompetente Beraterin zeigte kein Interesse daran, eine Lösung für das Problem des langjährigen Kunden der Bank zu finden. Das ganze Gespräch war nur auf die Verteidigung eines anderen inkompetenten Kollegen gerichtet, der bei der Unterzeichnung des Vertrags fatale Fehler gemacht hatte. Es ist sogar zu einem arroganten "Wurf" einer Kopie des Vertrags in die Richtung des Kunden gekommen. Skurril und kaum zu glauben aber Wahr. Was ist los mit BAWAG? Das war doch eine solide, kindenfreundliche Bank. It's a shame that there are no minus stars to be awarded. I would give this branch the total possible number of minus stars. The cheeky, incompetent consultant showed no interest in finding a solution to the problem of the bank's long-standing customer. The whole conversation was focused only on the defense of another incompetent colleague who had made fatal mistakes when signing the contract. There has even been an arrogant "throw" of a copy of the contract in the direction of the customer. Quirky and hard to believe but true. What's wrong with BAWAG? That was a solid, child-friendly bank.

Keine Chance, niemand hebt ab; endlose Warteschlafen...einfach unfassbar I tried to reach someone by phone for an hour (customer service center, supporting branch, responsible employee). No chance, nobody takes off; endless waiting ... just unbelievable

Total unwillig, speziell die Filialleitung glaubt scheinbar in der Wipplingerstraße ist man was besseres! Die Damen und Herren dort vergessen scheinbar das man hier Kunde ist!!! Beschwerdemanagement hingegen äußerst nett und bemüht, die Inkompetenz anderer wieder weg zu machen. Very lousy branch, cannot be reached by phone anyway and absolutely not customer-oriented. Totally unwilling, especially the branch management apparently thinks that something is better in Wipplingerstraße! The ladies and gentlemen there seem to forget that you are a customer here! Complaint management, on the other hand, is extremely nice and tries to make up for the incompetence of others.

Innerhalb kürzester Zeit versammelten sich mehrere Personen hinter mir in der Warteschlange, aber vor mir tat sich nichts! Die Kassafrau konnte eine ältere Dame nicht bedienen weil, wie sie uns mitteilte, es ein Problem mit der Software gab. Nach 15 Minuten war es vorbei, aber beim nächsten Kunden ist es erst richtig nichts mehr weitergegangen. Die Kassafrau konnte nicht entscheiden bei einem Kunden, ob sie das was er wollte darf oder nicht. Sie telefonierte um es zu erfahren. Nach 55 Minuten war ich dran. Es befanden sich andere Mitarbeiter in der Filiale, aber zweite Kassa öffnete man nicht. Hinter mir hat sich dann eine "Riesenschlange" gebildet. Warum sind wir alle so geduldig, wir sollten uns zu einer Gruppe zusammenschließen und mit Kontoauflösung drohen, wenn nicht mehr Personal eingestellt wird, schließlich mach Cerberus einen MILLIARDENGEWINN Last week: Wanted to dissolve savings account.
