★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed, the shop seller put three wrong products, instead of those that were originally requested. I have contacted customer service and didn’t even get any reply. I have spent 700€ in that shop and didn’t get what I want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a brow bar here (benefit brow bar) and I would HIGHLY recommend for you to get them done with Carla. Went there expecting the normal results from every brow bar and was so impressed with the result and the attention to detail. To top it off, she is super kind and speaks german, english and spanish! ? Other than that the store is quite big, organized by brand, few specialists to help you out with which product to use. If you go now (june 23rd) the whole store is with 20% off! Enjoy!

When I got home and tried to use it, I found out it was so old and dry that it wouldn’t leave a single trace on my skin. Conclusion: check your products before you leave the store and the country! Some things in that store are antique..

They promised that I wont have any problems bringing it back if it's not the right fit. We didn't even open it but the most they wanted to do was giving a voucher despite their promise of returning for money.
Check if you really wanna buy it (check ingredients), check the price!!! (Douglas is much more expensive than the internet) and only then buy it cause you will have a hard time returning your things even when unopened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just underwhelming old brands, the assistant at the skin care section is not up to date on what’s going on the world of skincare, well of course she could not have known she was speaking with someone who spends months researching the category, but still. The online offering is much more pleasant, in store most of the brands are just names, but do no good for the skin. Don’t recommend this store when you are well versed in the world of skincare and know everything in and out. And if you don’t, you will probably leave with a product they sold you without any background knowledge on skincare. No wonder people gravitate towards online buying when brick and mortar cannot keep up with the evolving customer needs.
