M	Michael Hallwax on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Sortiment ist sehr umfangreich. Die Art wie auf einen eingegangen wurde, war jedoch arrogant. Bei der Erklärung welches Parfum man suche, wurde auf diesen Wunsch nicht eingegangen und meinem Empfinden nach wahllos Düfte gewählt, welche mir zum Riechen gegeben wurden. Im Endeffekt sind die Düfte nicht passend gewesen und es wurde das Gefühl erzeugt, dass man schnell abgefertigt werden sollte, da die Düfte in einem hohen Tempo zum Testen zugereicht wurden. Zukünftig wäre es wichtig mehr auf die andere Person einzugehen. Unter anderem wäre es auch gut, wenn Proben abgefüllt werden können, da die Gerüche vor Ort aufgrund der zahlreichen getesteten Parfums etwas verschwimmen und die Düfte deshalb auch anders wahrgenommen werden. The range is very extensive. The way in which one was responded to was arrogant, however. When explaining which perfume to look for, this request was not taken into account and, in my opinion, scents were chosen at random, which were given to me to smell. In the end, the fragrances were not suitable and the feeling was created that they should be dispatched quickly, as the fragrances were being delivered for testing at a fast pace. In the future it would be important to focus more on the other person. Among other things, it would also be good if samples could be filled, as the smells on site are somewhat blurred due to the numerous perfumes tested and the smells are therefore perceived differently.
g	gzgig jhkjh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich mag es garnicht, wenn Personal ,nur weil es in einem teuren Geschäft auf 400 euro Basis oder normalen Gehalt arbeitet , sich so anstellt als würde es zur High Society gehören. Das kommt so rüber...einfach nur lächerlich diese Möchtegern Reichtuher mit Mindestgehalt. Letztendlich sind es nur Verkäufer und keine professionelle Duftberater oder Kenner. I don't like it at all when staff, just because they work in an expensive business on a 400 euro basis or normal salary, behave as if they belong to high society. That's how it comes across... just ridiculous these wannabe riches with a minimum salary. Ultimately, they are only sellers and not professional fragrance consultants or connoisseurs.

G	Goran Janjic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW...WOW...WOW, probably the best "niche" perfumery I was visited, and believe me I have visited many of them.True to their name "Maison De Parfum", a very kind saleswoman or owner, I'm not sure, best "niche" parfumes curently on the market, and most importantly very good prices... Parfume lovers don't miss this place, ABSOLUTELY STUNNING !!!

F	Federico Montella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING this business is a SCAM if you purchase online. I bought a perfume from their online store and paid 195 euros. As I did not receive any confirmation of shipment, I contacted the retailer after a week, who simply answered me they could not send the item and... that's it. Bye. So I answered, ok well, then please refund me. Nope, I was told I should have paid with PayPal (as opposed to Credit Card). Silly me, I fell into the trap! To date they are still not proceeding with the refund, neither told me they would do so. They are keeping my money and not sending the item I purchased. This is in breach of contract, illegal and of course I am reporting them to the public authorities. It's just disgusting the dishonesty of certain businesses using Covid as an excuse. AVOID.
