★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought bath and conditioner products at the shop. The almond bath product leaked and it was all messy. The tax refund form was all soaked and smudged. The staff was not helpful. She asked us to stand outside the shop cos the product was leaking and dirtying their store. Our clothings were also soapy due to the leak. She was not proficient in English and implied for us to come back tomorrow because the manager will be in tomorrow. We asked if she could call now to check and she wasn't any helpful. In the end she want gave her a new bath product to compensate us. Disappointing experience.
