Schadenersatz haben wir auch schriftlich gefordert. Der Betriebsleiter von Magic Travel hat diese Forderung als “Unverschämtheit” bezeichnet! Magic Travel canceled the package 4 days before the start of the trip on October 20th, 2017 but only transferred the money back after 6 weeks. We have also requested compensation in writing. The manager of Magic Travel described this demand as “insolence”!

Und es waren nicht nur Pauschalreisen, auch für die Zusammenstellung von Individualreisen, sogar in die entlegensten Gebiete, habe ich dort immer sehr kompetente Hilfe bekommen. Das alles wird mit sehr persönlichem Service durch die Inhaber selbst gemacht, auf persönliche Wünsche eingegangen, wie z.B. Sitzplatzbuchungen oder Privattransfers, oft auch ohne die Wünsche äußern zu müssen. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Reisebüro nur wärmstens empfehlen! A small but fine travel agency. In all the years that I have booked trips there, everything has always worked out perfectly. And it wasn't just package tours, but also for putting together individual trips, even to the most remote areas, I always got very competent help there. All of this is done with very personal service by the owners themselves, responding to personal requests, such as seat bookings or private transfers, often without having to express the wishes. All in all, I can only warmly recommend this travel agency!
