Besonders junge Pinkhaarige Verkauferin, die mit viel Druck verkaufen wollte, aber wenn wir andere Modellen anschauen wollten, hat sie uns raus geschmissen. Und selbstverständlich gab es keinen Vergesetzten im Geschäft, damit wir uns beschweren konnten.
Nicht empfehlenswert.

Especially a young pink-haired saleswoman who wanted to sell with a lot of pressure, but when we wanted to look at other models, she threw us out. And of course there was no relocation in the business for us to complain about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schuhe um 115€ im Geschäft in der SCS bestellt. Da die Schuhgröße nicht lagernd war sollte das Paket innerhalb weniger Tage mit DPD versendet werden. 3 Wochen später wurde das Paket vom Zoll beschlagnahmt und nur gegen eine Gebühr von 41€ sollte ich das Paket bekommen. Nach 6 Wochen Wartezeit noch immer keine Schuhe. Heute in der Filiale SCS wo ich die Schuhe bezahlt habe, war der Schuh lagernd, dennoch gab es weder eine Rückerstattung vom Geld noch durfte ich den lagernden Schuh mitnehmen. JD Sports ist nicht zuständig sondern ein Lager in England obwohl ich es in der Filiale gekauft habe. Kein Paket, keine Schuhe, kein Geld zurück und jeder putzt sich ab das er nichts machen könnte. Leider kann man keine 0 Sterne geben.
Shoes ordered for 115 € in the shop in the SCS. Since the shoe size was not in stock, the package should be sent with DPD within a few days. 3 weeks later the package was confiscated by customs and I was only supposed to get the package for a fee of 41 €. After 6 weeks of waiting still no shoes. Today in the SCS branch where I paid for the shoes, the shoe was in stock, but there was neither a refund of the money nor was I allowed to take the shoe in stock with me. JD Sports is not responsible but a warehouse in England although I bought it in the branch. No package, no shoes, no money back and everyone wipes themselves off so they can't do anything. Unfortunately you can not give 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe in der Filiale Schuhe bestellt aus den angeblichen 3-5 Werktagen sind mittlerweile fast 3 Wochen geworden. Wenn man versucht im Geschäft anzurufen hebt natürlich niemand ab egal wie oft man es versucht. Der Kundensupport lässt einem nur eine Copy Paste entschuldigung zukommen. Einmal und nie wieder danke für nichts!
I ordered shoes in the store. The alleged 3-5 working days have now become almost 3 weeks. Of course, if you try to call the store, no one answers, no matter how often you try. The customer support will only send you a copy paste apology. Once and never again, thank you for nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute mit meiner Frau und den Kindern dort einkaufen,dieses Personal dort ist sowas von unfreundlich wir wollten nach kindersachen Kucken und mussten einen Ständer ein bißchen bei Seite schieben nach dem wir 10 Min davor standen darauf hin wurden wir sowas von blöd angemacht das mir fast der Kragen geplatzt Wer nie wieder werde ich auch nur einen Cent dort lassen bitte kümmert euch um eure mitarbeiter !!!
I went shopping there with my wife and the children today, the staff there is so unfriendly, we wanted to look for children's things and had to push a stand aside a bit after we stood 10 minutes in front of it, we were turned on so stupidly almost burst the collar Who never again will I leave even a cent there please take care of your employees!

such unbelievably bad customer service so really a catastrophe and stay away from the online shop you will otherwise wait like me for 1/2 months for your order, prefer to order from reputable sites than here
