A	ANNETTE LUDWIG-WEYNELL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophale Filiale, ein Paket vom Samstag sollte heute (nächster Werktag) ab 8.00 abholbereit sein. 20 Leute in Line, warten und dann hören, dass das Paket noch nicht da ist. Soll das ein Witz sein, im nächsten Leben geh ich auch zur Post. Am Paketfach kann man es auch nicht holen, da kommt dann die Meldung, man soll sich an den Schalter wenden, wozu dann ein Paketfach? Ganz grosses Armutszeugnis Catastrophic branch, a package from Saturday should be ready for collection today (next working day) from 8.00 a.m. 20 people in line, wait and then hear that the package has not yet arrived. Is that supposed to be a joke, in the next life I'll also go to the post office. You can't pick it up at the parcel box either, when the message comes up that you should go to the counter, what is a parcel box for? Very big indictment
A	Achim Stromberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der SB Bereich ist gut ausgestattet und die Geräte waren bei mir noch nie außer Betrieb. Gebe hier öfters Sendungen auf, benutze auch die Schalter regelmäßig. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Wartezeiten sind meistens etwas länger. The self-service area is well equipped and the devices have never been out of order for me. I often post programs here and use the counters regularly. The staff is friendly, the waiting times are usually a bit longer.

NO ONE EVER RANG. It isn't the first time I have this issue with the Post. What's wrong with you? Why can't you deliver things properly? Guess if they were nice at the post office? Off course not.
S	Sebastian Stancu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to send a package and I didn't wait more than 10 minutes, even though there was a small queue. The guy that helped me, only spoke a little bit of english, but it was ok in the end.
M	Maja Majdanac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure if he was the manager of this office but the gentleman whose office is inside, was super kind and very helpful when I was looking for a package in the self-service. He came out, greeted me, spoke great English, even went to tell his staff at the counter what I was looking for, made sure that I got it. It was the best experience of postal service from the expat perspective! Keep it up!
