Wollte danach noch schnell das Paket abholen und wurde dermaßen unfreundlich vom Filialpersonal zurückgewiesen das ich gefälligst später kommen soll da ja die zurückgekommen Pakete noch nicht sortiert sind. Dank der Kundenservice Dame am Telefon wird das Paket nochmals zugestellt. Sollte man sich wirklich überlegen welche Mitarbeiter die Kunden bedienen sollen... Got yellow notes even though I was in the office. Wanted to pick up then quickly the package and was so unfriendly rejected by the store staff that I should come back later because the returned packages are not sorted yet. Thanks to the customer service lady on the phone, the package will be delivered again. Should one really think about which employees should serve the customers ...
N	Nu Tella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Öffnungszeiten sind einfach ein Witz. Wie kann man als Post Samstags nicht offen haben (zumindest vormittags)?? Wenn man einen Vollzeit Job hat ist es quasi unmöglich dort einen Brief abzuholen, da die Wartezeiten, selbst wenn man gleich in der Früh dort ist, auch schon mal 20min betragen, weil nur eine Person hinterm Schalter ist. The opening times are just a joke. How can the post office not be open on Saturdays (at least in the morning) ?? If you have a full-time job it is practically impossible to pick up a letter there, as the waiting times, even if you are there in the morning, can be 20 minutes because there is only one person behind the counter.
P	Patricia R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlimmste Postfiliale die ich je erlebt habe. Zuerst wurde mein Paket nicht zugestellt, obwohl ich den ganzen Tag zuhause war. In der Filiale dann einfach unfreundlich und null Kundenservice. Worst post office I've ever seen. At first my package was not delivered, even though I was at home all day. In the branch then simply unfriendly and zero customer service.

Leider gibt es tlw. arge Warteschlangen und immer wieder Leute, die minutenlang wegen fehlender Ausweise bei der Abholung dann zu diskutieren anfangen. There are some new employees there now who are competent. Unfortunately, there are sometimes long queues and there are always people who start arguing for minutes about missing IDs when they are picked up.

N	Natascha Flood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personell working there is extremely rude And on the other hand, my package wasn’t delivered, even though i was watching delivery guy on the street from my window and he didn’t even ring the bell or attempt to deliver the package but didn’t even leave the note for attempted delivery - but of course, the minute he got back in his van i got an info on tracking site that package wasn’t deliverable ??‍♂️ And of course i wasn’t able to pick up my package even at the post office cause i didn’t have the note from delivery guy, my tracking code wasn’t enough! Worst delivery company I’ve ever seen !
