★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist schon OK am 24 Dez geschlossen zu sein, aber zumindest es auf Google oder anderen Plattformen zu veröffentlichen wäre hilfreich, bevor ich ein 20kg Paket hinschleppe
 It's OK to be closed on Dec 24th, but at least posting it on Google or other platforms would be helpful before lugging a 20kg package

As soon as you enter, there is a place to send courier on the left, and the box is smaller than you think if you assemble it, so please purchase it a little larger. The staff speaks English well

Meine Bearbeitung mit einem Paket ging ziemlich schnell und der Mitarbeiter war sehr kompetent und freundlich.
Kann ich jeden empfehlen der Briefe, Pakete aufgeben will.
Ein kleines Sortiment an anderen Artikel ist auch da.
I find the numbered queue system pretty cool.
My processing with a package was pretty quick and the employee was very competent and friendly.
I can recommend everyone who wants to post letters, parcels.
A small assortment of other items is also there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent a parcel to Greece, and the useless amatures lost it. It is outrageous. It is unbelievable how ineffective and untrustworthy they are. Guys if you need to send anything, just it through the German Post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! A forwarding order of the post worked only 5 weeks from 4 months. Countless phonecalls and visits at the post office didnt change anything. The lady at the counter just said "I'm just doing what you tell me, if it will work I cant say." and "you can buy the forwarding order but nobody can tell if it will work." What an aweful service!
