Öffnungszeiten gehören nach später in den Tag verschoben. Unter der Arbeitswoche kommt man so gut wie nie. A praise that, despite the very high volume, the company is not totally overwhelmed, but in terms of efficiency it is partly due to itself. Opening times are postponed to later in the day. During the working week you almost never come.

Dabei könnte man mit einfachen Mitteln Abhilfe schaffen: einen Schalter für Bankgeschäfte und der Rest für Post. Und wenn der Mitarbeiter für Bankgeschäfte keine Kundschaft hat (oder umgekehrt), dann holt er sich andere Kundschaft punktuell aus der Schlange. Hat bei uns am Flughafen immer gut funktioniert. Can only confirm the comments of others: there is no serious attempt to work quickly or to dismantle a line quickly. One could remedy this with simple means: a counter for banking and the rest for post. And if the employee for banking transactions has no customers (or vice versa), he selects other customers from the queue. Has always worked well for us at the airport.

Die Angestellten und ihr Unternehmen interessieren sich einen feuchten Dreck für die Lebenszeit ihrer Kunden/Bittsteller(Paketabholer). Beschämend! A queue from the front door to the counter! Exactly 1 of 4 switches open. The employees and their company are interested in a wet muck for the lifetime of their customers / supplicants (package collectors). Shameful!

JEDESMAL ist dieser ausser Betrieb. Mal Druckerpapier zu Ende, mal lässt sich das Fach nicht öffnen. Wirklich ärgerlich für Kunden. I have now been to the branch 2 times in a row with an interval of 2 weeks to return parcels via the self-service machine. EVERY TIME it is out of order. Sometimes printer paper runs out, sometimes the compartment cannot be opened. Really annoying for customers.
