I stayed like 3 years at the dorms and it was one of the best experience I have got in Vienna from the time I moved in by the time I moved out. They were kind and helpful to my special occasions and all to my questions and it was easy to communicate by solving any kind of problems by E-Mail and face-to-face either. Everything a student looking for.

I had a very complicated situation with the site I booked the apartment with and Housing Vienna gave me full support as well as insisted with the site to rectify their mistakes. I was under a lot of stress and I am extremely grateful for the customer care that I received. I wish I had booked directly with Housing Vienna instead of using other sites.

Administrators work quite quickly and efficiently, communicate politely and correctly. I would like to highlight Nijat, he always takes into account the wishes of the student. In General, I was happy to live in BASE 22. I recommend Housing Vienna to students who are looking for great accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON’T RECOMMEND HousingVienna for anybody especially for international students! The prices are higher than offer the other housing agencies in Vienna. And after checking out they don’t give the deposit back and you have to go to the lower to solve this problem.
