Man wird postiv getestet, wird aber nie von der Behörde kontaktiert, weder per E-Mail, noch per Telefon, noch per SMS. Die Betroffenen werden einfach sich selbst überlassen. Man bekommt keinen Absonderungsbescheid den man dringend zur Vorlage beim Dienstgeber braucht. An den diveresen Telefonnummern laufen nur Tonbänder, wenn man doch an einen Mitarbeiter kommt sind die vollkommen ahnungslos und/oder arrogant. Die Infos auf der Webseite sind viel blabla ohne Inhalt und helfen auch nicht weiter. Man sollte meinen, dass man nach über 2 Jahren Pandemie ein funktionierendes System entwickelt hat...aber Wien ist anders. One star is one too many. Total chaos. You will be tested positive, but will never be contacted by the authorities, neither by e-mail, nor by phone, nor by SMS. Those affected are simply left to their own devices. You don't get a notice of separation that you urgently need to present to the employer. On the various telephone numbers only tapes are running, but if you get to an employee they are completely clueless and/or arrogant. The information on the website is a lot of blah blah without content and doesn't help either. One would think that after more than 2 years of pandemic a working system would have been developed...but Vienna is different.

Weder Behörde noch Labor totales Chaos... Aber Hauptsache die Leute zu etwas zwingen was sowieso kein Sinn ergibt! Na warten wir mal ab wie es dann zugehen wird wenn die Strafen anfangen!!! Alles schom ein Wahnsinn dank dieser Wahnsinnigen Regierung!!! Positive RESULT Authority does not send isolation! At 1450 no one can find the test result I had to send it by email!?? No one picks up... Neither the authorities nor the laboratory, total chaos... But the main thing is forcing people to do something that doesn't make any sense anyway! Well, let's wait and see how it will be when the penalties start!!! It's all crazy thanks to this crazy government!!!

Man erhält leere Versprechen „wir rufen sie zurück“ - man wartet vergebens auf den Rückruf! Wenn man IMMERHALB der angegeben Öffnungszeiten anruft, erhält man die Nachricht „es wäre niemand mehr da“ So ein unprofessionelles Verhalten! Und man wartet Ewigkeiten auf den Absonderungsbescheid! How can it still be overwhelmed with regard to Corona after such a long pandemic? You're always on hold! You get empty promises "we'll call you back" - you wait in vain for the call back! If you call ALWAYS within the stated opening hours, you will get the message "there would be no one left". Such unprofessional behavior! And you wait forever for the notice of separation!
V	Vienna Calling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Würde ich mein Gemüt hier offen rauslassen, müsste man mich einsperren. Seit acht Wochen warte ich auf den Absonderungsbescheid meines Kindes. Keiner hebt das Telefon ab, auf Mails wird nicht reagiert. Die reinste Frechheit von der ganzen Stadt, dass hier absolut nicht reagiert wird und die Bevölkernug mit ihren Problemen allein gelassen wird - aber typisch Stadt. Bei Problemen, einfach ignorieren und sich in Schweigen hüllen. If I let my mind out here openly, I would have to be locked up. I've been waiting for my child's separation notice for eight weeks. No one picks up the phone, no one responds to emails. The sheer cheek of the whole city that there is absolutely no reaction here and the population is left alone with their problems - but typical city. If you have problems, just ignore them and keep quiet.

In der Warteschleife bis zu 3,5 Stunde zu warten und danach nichtmal durch zu kommen ist einfach eine Blamage. Scheint als ob die Mitarbeiter den ganzen Tag nur Kaffee trinken und in die Luft schauen. Frechheit. The one star given here is too much. This whole organization is a bottomless cheek. Waiting in the queue for up to 3.5 hours and then not even getting through is simply a disgrace. Seems like the staff just drink coffee and stare at the air all day. cheek.
