N	Nexus SevenDotTwo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe den Auftrag geben einen Kupplungszug zu wechseln der mir an meinem Motorrad gerissen war. Die Reparatur hat 2 Wochen gedauert, der Kupplungszug wurde falsch montiert und im Zuge der Reparatur wurde eine Spiegel/Blinkereinheit demoliert. (Die man mir auch in Rechnung stellen wollte) Die Pfuscharbeit sollte um 500 Euro kosten. Nach abzug der Kosten fuer die Spiegel/Blinkereinheit blieb ich auf einem Betrag von 350 Euro sitzen. Nie wieder werde ich der Werkstatt einen Auftrag geben. I gave the order to change a clutch cable to me my motorcycle broke. The repair took 2 weeks, the clutch cable was installed incorrectly and in the course of the repair a mirror / indicator unit was demolished. (Which I also get in Wanted to bill) The botch work should cost around 500 euros. After deducting the cost of the mirror / turn signal unit, I stayed on one Amount of 350 euros. Never again will I get one in the workshop Give order.

Manchmal frag ich sogar ob nicht mehr zu machen ist. Und die Antwort ist dann: "Warum sollen wir mehr machen wenn alles einwandfrei läuft." Ich kann diese Werkstatt nur empfehlen! Well, I've been a Prasch customer for years and I don't give my Z4 to anyone else. Great advice. Good job. Great price. And they are always honest. Sometimes I even ask if there is nothing more to do. And the answer is then: "Why should we do more when everything is going well." I can only recommend this workshop!

Bei größeren und teuren Reparaturen unbedingt eine 2. Werkstatt zwecks Kostenvoranschlag kontaktieren! With the methods with which the diagnoses are made here, the gentlemen could appear in "Wetten, dass.."! For larger and expensive repairs, be sure to contact a second workshop for a cost estimate!

Service ebenfalls topschnell erledigt - bin vollends zufrieden - Danke Komme gerne wieder mit meiner GTS zum nächsten Service bzw Pickerl ;-) Finally my Vespa is running perfectly again, thanks to the quick repair of the carburetor! Service also done very quickly - I am completely satisfied - Thank you I would love to come back to the next service or sticker with my GTS ;-)

P	Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Werkstatt nicht zu empfehlen, ich war vor dem Winter dort habe meinen Roller um 370€ warten lassen. Dann beim ersten starten nach dem einlagern springt er nicht an zur Werkstatt geschoben 55 Euro verrechnet bekommen für den Tausch der Zündkerze, okay gezahlt dann zum Roller gegangen springt immer noch nicht an. Weitere Hilfe hätte ich für 11.40€ alle 5 Minuten bekommen. Workshop not recommended, I was there before winter and had my scooter serviced for €370. Then when you start it for the first time after storing it doesn't start, pushed to the workshop, got charged 55 euros for replacing the spark plug, paid okay then went to the scooter, still doesn't start. I could have gotten more help for €11.40 every 5 minutes.

w	worldtrotter 66 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a Vespa driver in Vienna, the chances to find a repairshop to be professional, friendly and fair are quite slim. Prasch repairshop is certainly the end of my search after 12 years of searching. Highly competent and fair. Highly recommendable.
