★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiter hilfsbereit, aber Chef leider sehr präpotent und unfreundlich im Kundenumgang. Betrieb verrechnete unabgemacht angeblich erbrachte Leistungen ohne Auftrag. Anschließend Unverständnis bei Verlangen einer Auflistung der Leistungen auf der Rechnung. Sehr unprofessionell.
 Employees helpful, but boss unfortunately very pretentious and unfriendly in dealing with customers. The company billed services allegedly rendered without prior agreement. Then lack of understanding when requesting a list of services on the bill. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War wegen Pickerlüberprüfung dort, dabei wurde noch ein Mangel festgestellt (Federung vorne Bremsflüssigkeit ).
Ich wurde sehr freundlich beraten und bedient
Die Reparatur wurde auch in einer befriedigenden Zeit ausgeführt .
Man hat mich immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten und die Vespa wurde mir sogar vor der Haustüre abgestellt
Preis war vollkommen okay für die Tätigkeiten.
War zuvor bei einer anderen Werkstatt, die mich aber nicht überzeugte .
Hier war ich aber sehr gut aufgehoben und hatte immer ein gutes Gefühl .
Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Top Werkstatt, top Mitarbeiter und Geschäftsführung, man merkt die jahrelange Erfahrung.

I was given very friendly advice and service
The repair was also carried out in a satisfactory time.
I was always kept up to date and the Vespa was even parked in front of my door
Price was perfectly okay for the activities.
Was previously at another workshop, but it didn't convince me.
But I was in very good hands here and always had a good feeling.
I can only recommend.
Top workshop, top employees and management, you can tell the years of experience.
