a	ab cd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde sehr freundlich bei der Anmeldung empfangen und die gesamte Belegschaft ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Meine behandelnder Arzt war sehr nett und fürsorglich, und wusste sofort was zu tun ist, nachdem ich meine Beschwerden geschildert habe. FFP2 Masken sind selbstverständlich Pflicht und das ist gut so. I was welcomed in a very friendly manner when I registered and the entire workforce is very friendly and competent. The doctor treating me was very nice and caring and immediately knew what to do after I described my complaints. FFP2 masks are of course mandatory and that's a good thing.

S	Sufi Harvy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem die Damen am Empfang eher weniger freundlich waren, war ich positiv überrascht wie wunderbar der Rest meines Besuches war. Der junge Mann vom Roten Kreuz, David, war ausnehmend liebenswürdig und erstellte eine wirklich ausführliche und gewissenhafte Anamnese (heutzutage selten geworden). Dr. Schönherr war, obwohl ich ihn nur als Vertretungsarzt besuchte, sehr, sehr freundlich, gut gelaunt und kümmerte sich perfekt um mich und meine diversen Bandscheibenprobleme. Herzlichen Dank für die Hilfe und alles Gute! After the ladies at the reception were rather less friendly, I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the rest of my visit was. The young man from the Red Cross, David, was exceptionally gracious and took a really detailed and conscientious medical history (which has become rare these days). Dr. Even though I only visited him as a substitute doctor, Schönherr was very, very friendly, in a good mood and took perfect care of me and my various intervertebral disc problems. N	Nama Mana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es könnte eine gute Praxis sein aber: - egal welche Bedürfnisse oder Wunsch, eingeteilt wird immer ein andere Arzt desinteressiert an leiden oder Geschichte und nur da um infiltrieren damit verechnet wird; - meist von die front office Damen sind unfreundlich und behandeln die Patientinnen als Nummer mit Unfreundlichkeit und Arroganz; - kein Befund fragen sonst ist Krieg. Ich Frage mich wenn täglich Patienten verlieren was werden in Zukunft erreichen... It might be a good practice but: - no matter what needs or desires, another doctor is always assigned disinterested in suffering or history and only because it is charged for infiltrating; - most of the front office ladies are unfriendly and treat the patients as a number with unfriendliness and arrogance; - Don't ask for a report, otherwise it's war. I wonder if patients lose every day what will achieve in the future...

Nicht zu empfehlen! Anstatt sich die Zeit zu nehmen und zuzuhören - verweist der "Arzt" auf einen Termin in seiner privaten Ordination. Bei aller Liebe - dann hören Sie doch auf, nebenbei Kassenarzt zu sein... Revision by the Medical Association - necessary! Condescending, not from the field, pseudo-medicine - cheek! Findings are ignored! Not recommendable! Instead of taking the time to listen - the "doctor" refers to an appointment in his private surgery. With all love - then stop being a panel doctor on the side...
S	Samira Seif on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mit meinem Vater Dr Lehner besucht da mein Vater während seines Besuchs in Wien plötzlich akute Rüchschmerzen bekommen hat. Wir haben bereits die schlechste Erfahrung gemacht. Als Privatpatient habe ich erwartet dass sich erstens der Arzt Zeit nimmt und dem Patient zuhört. Er hat sich gar keine Zeit genommen die Beschwerden gut an zuhören, wir wurden mehrfach unterbrochen und unfreundlich behandelt. Ich als Dolmetscherin und Begleiterin für mein Vater wurde unfair behandelt fragen zu wiederholen. Das Gespräch und die Untersuchung hat weniger als 5 Minuten gedauert!! Die Art und Weise des Arztes sehe ich als sehr unsympatisch, hektisch und für uns unangenehm. Wenn es keinen Notfall wäre, würde ich auf keinen Fall OFPS besuchen und empfehle ich es auch nicht weiter. Alles sehr schnell mit wenig Erklärung gemacht. Auch keine Diagnose bzw. ärtzlichen Befund bekommen und alles nur privat zahlen dürfen. Auch wenn wir geklärt haben dass mein Vater nur 3 Wochen auf Besuch in Wien ist, hatte Arzt gleich 2 Überweisungen für weitere Untersuchungen geschrieben und auf nächsten Termin bestanden! I went to visit Dr Lehner with my father because my father suddenly had acute back pain during his visit to Vienna. We have already had the worst experience. As a private patient, I expected first of all that the doctor would take his time and listen to the patient. He didn't take the time to listen carefully to the complaints, we were interrupted several times and treated in an unfriendly manner. As an interpreter and companion for my father, I was treated unfairly to repeat questions. The interview and the examination lasted less than 5 minutes !! I see the doctor's manner as very unsympathetic, hectic and uncomfortable for us. If it wasn't an emergency, there is no way I would visit OFPS, nor do I recommend it. All done very quickly with little explanation. Also no diagnosis or medical report and everything can only be paid privately. Even though we have clarified that my father is only visiting Vienna for 3 weeks, the doctor immediately wrote 2 referrals for further examinations and insisted on the next appointment!
